Tips for Moron Bakers

Note to moron bakers:  it is nice, when baking rye bread, to glaze it with a cornstarch-water mixture.  It gives a nice, shiny, crisp crust.

To the REAL hard-core morons among you:  boil the mixture first, or you’ll end up with “iced” buns bearing a mysterious tasteless starchy residue:
